openGL problems after installing 28.32s

I just installed the nvidia 28.32 drivers on my winxp pro machine and now things seem to be messed up. Specifically, I cant run CS at all in openGL mode (and D3D gives me weird sky glitches occasionally and seems to run slower) in any res, when before it worked just fine. I have since reverted back to the 23.11s and everything is fine but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem or knows of a fix.
