There's this odd issue I've started having whenever I play any sort of video on my computer, or rather afterwards. As soon as I start up something that uses OpenGL (the 3d flowerbox screensaver, for example) the frames will be "jumping", or more accurately will be out of order. The most obvious way to see this is when rendering a slowly-filling progress bar of some sort: the bar will fill fine for a few seconds, but will then jump ahead two notches and then jump back one, then ahead two, then will proceed as normal. (Or to clarify, like two frames got their order switched) The ONLY way to fix this is to restart Windows, at least that I've found; I've tried disabling frame buffering and any other things I can think of to no effect.
