OpenCL ANN Library?

I was doing some cursory searches for OpenCL fast neural network libraries and seem to come up with results that are in development, while CUDA libraries seem to be in production.

Anyone know of an established OpenCL library that I missed?

I would go Nvidia...if I didn't have a stack of AMD GPUs already Lol. Just trying to tinker with what I have and not double down on my GPU spending.
