Open Watercooling!! raining on the floating heatsink technique:P

i don't know about that. u see the Jefi works great as a near silent pc cooler. the EXOS is loud as #@$ and doesn't touch real water cooling with multiple large radiators. so it falls short on both ends of the spectrum.
 
The only place the Jefi falls behind is overclocking and dealing with a constant heat load over extended periods of time. If you leave your PC idle most of the time and only really fire it up for short periods of time, it's an interesting option. The only thing that sucks about the open radiator is that the water evaporates, and needs to be refilled much more often than a closed watercooler.
 
i wonder if it would work better if the water had far more distance to fall. make it sound like one of those peaceful water fountain things those hippy stores sell. hehe
