Open tube of AS2: Have I been screwed?

I received a tube of AS2 today. The end of the tube was not sealed. Is it normal or did the selling company used some from my tube? Thanks.

The syringe should look like it's about 1/3 full too.

hope that you didn't get a fake tube of the stuff!
compare your syringe with the genuine article.
