Open specific urls in specific browser?

I was trying to figure out whether there is any way to specify which broser can open certain url shortcts. Some stuff simply does not work in Firefox, and I need IE for this. So, when I click on the url shortcut, it should not open in FF (which is my default browser), but in IE.

Any ideas?
