open source IM choices that run on a lan

looking to run on our lan, would like to use window user account names or computer names...not sure here.

looking at:

gaim
trillian
aimutation

any suggestions?

I don't think trillian is open source. I use CryptChat, also not open source.

edit: Are you looking for something that connects to AIM/MSN/Yahoo IM servers, or just something to communicate over your LAN?
