Interesting idea. More of a gimmick though. You can find all kinds of recipes for beer. To brew this on a micro brew scale you'd have to do major modifications to it and ultimately it wouldn't be the same anyway. They also don't state what kind of yeast they use and water will play a big role in taste. Looks like an average European Lager to me.
