Open Office Question

I've been using OpenOffice for awhile now and i need to put a header on my paper, and the header needs to be numbered according to what page it is on. Thing is whenever i type in a number for the first page, it sets all headers to that number. I know in word that there is a way to ahve the header auto number. Is there anyway to do this in openoffice and if so how?
