Open Office and MS Word compatibility?

I have a client in which I installed OO onto her unit. She wrote a few documents and now while at work wants to work on them. At work however she uses MS Word. Is there a known compatibility issue or is there a conversion that needs to be done in order for it to be able edit it both in Word and OO?
 
OOo can export to Word IIRC, but the conversion wont' be flawless. Back when I tried it last, the biggest problems were tables and embedded graphics, if she's not a heavy users of those she'll probably be fine.
