Open multiple copies of vent in Mac OSX

Anyone know how to open two copies of the same program in Mac. I know you can do it with windows by adding a -m to the command line but is there a similar method for mac users. The program I'm trying to use it ventrilo but so far I havent been able to find out how to do it.
