Actually, if they are shouting at the people specifically then yes I think there should be protections. Shouting out against abortion in general while outside of a clinic? No problem.

Here in BC they ended putting a Buffer Zone around Abortion Clinics. Not sure how well it's working, but since then nothing has happened to make the News, unlike before.
