i dont know whats going on but just starting today links on google search results are no longer opening in a new tab. in fact they are not opening at all. I click a link and nothing happens.
I checked the preferences to verify the option to open links in new window is on, and i even toggled it off then back on. If I toggle it off i can open links but they open in the same page, so that works ok. just when I toggle that option on and click a link- nothing happens.
trying it in IE it works fine, it opens a new window
so wtf is going on?
i made a test page with a link like this:
<a href="someurl" target="_blank">something</a>
and tried it in firefox and it works fine, it opens in a new window...
