Open Letter to ATI: Where are the cards?

Lol, pretty funny. This would stir up much more of a hornet's nest in Video though, especially with its ATI bias.

ATI clearly won last round, when nvidia's FX series proved to be lackluster in the DX9 support. But they really just need to get their sh|t together this time around and come out with products that people want to buy.

who really cares? . . . . fortunately nVidia has a better gfx solution for real gaming enthusiasts 🙂

and better luck next year for ati - shortly - with r520. 😛

if ati doesn't come out with their crap the price of a nvidia card will never drop below 600..

I wonder whether folks at Microsoft are still happy about switching from nVidia to ATI, perhaps because they couldn't bully nV into "renegoiating" parts costs down to the level they wanted?

It will be amusing if Xbox2 is announced but has the same manufacturing problems as ATI's own graphics cards.

Schadenfreude, it's irresistible!

the top cards will never (ever) be below $600 ever again. 😛

since when has anyone needed a brand new flagship GPU - except for bragging rights? Certainly NOT to play the newest games.

ATI is exactly where nVidia was when the 9700p and the DustBuster came out . . . . don't worry, the Crafty Canadians will Catch-up (with r520) in just a FEW months. . . . and ati "SLI" can't be that far behind. 😉

it's all good
