open ING Direct and get $25

Ok, I think this is hot for making $25 for signing up. Since the person who reffer also get a $10 so who want me to reffer them?

The websight itself is www.ingdirect.com and their interest is pretty high comparing to the local bank. So take a look and if you want me to refer you so you get $25 and I get $10 then IM me. It's all good baby.

go with principal bank, deposit $100 and you will get $50 for opening a checking. (need to keep for about $6-12 months)

I think so too. So getting $50 would def be a better deal that this $25 crap.

What's their annual interest rate for checking? My Checking only 0.2% while this ING Direct is 2.0%.

Maybe, but at least he didnt put a refferal link or even his number.

This "deal" has been available for over 2 years, I signed up for an Ing savings account back in Sept. 2001 with a $50 bonus. I liked their interest rates and ease of use so much I ended up keeping my account active and funded.

Seems like at the end of the year you'll tart seeing Turbotax links to free $50 ING deals. At least it has been that way for two years. If no one can dredge the link up just wait a month or two and I bet you'll see it.

thats freaking messed up, I sighed up a good long time about maybe 6 months and i didnt get any money. wish i could sign up again. :frown:

They say it don't need to be funded to keep the account open with them charging you an arm and a leg. So your balance can be zero and it's still ok. I wonder if you can open the account with zero balance.

Make $ for doing little to nothing is hot to me (considering that there is no string attach). If you sign up yourself, you won't get that $25 so what do you want? Zero $ or $25? Yes I will make $10 in the process but you can reffer others too once you sign up with them.

I agree that make $50 is better. But right now the choices are $25 with refferal or $0 without.

I was looking at the CD choices also. It's kinda stupid that 1 year CD is 1.85% while the saving alone is 2.0%. They probably pushing people to put in 2 years instead for 2.5%.
