open GL and 3D3

Ok. I'm a dumb newb. Now that this has been established, please help or explain! I just installed my leadtek 6800 gt, and just installed the 6177 forceware drivers. Now i am toying with the settings, and I noticed that the open GL and 3D3 settings that I think are usually under performance and quality are nowhere to be seen. Why?

The Performance and Quality Settings controls Both OpenGL and DirectX now.

So no one running the Nvidia 61.77 drivers have seperate open gl or d3d options under the "quality and performance settings"? (Just want to be sure that's what you are telling me).
