Open File - Security Warning <-- can i disable that?!?

if i have tell xp that i want to run a file that i just double clicked on again, im gonna break it.

anyone know a way to get rid of this?

I see MSFT added more annoyances/security measures to SP2. Don't you just love Microsoft innovation?

i only have to deal with it at work, i run 2k3 at home.

no one knows how to disable it? i already disabled the security center service. that didnt do it.
