OOS again. this was sold out in about 7min from when it appeared at 3pm cdt, and i kept checking every few minutes after that. at 4:02pm cdt it was back in stock. i ordered one, and that put the listing to oos again. keep checking as im sure peoples carts are expiring.

the cradles alone go for at least $40 on ebay.

maybe it will come back- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822101220

got this 3 months ago was 50 after rebate though this appears to be instant savings, I got the rebate in mid June though so it turned out great for me. The product is great too.

well after reading around, it seems it never went on sale. i mean i got the flyer saying at 1pm pacific time, this item would be a shellshocker. did not state price. so i waited to the top of the hour, checked the page, and it was labled SHELLSHOCKER but the price was the same. so i waited 5 minutes and the price was changed to $50 shipped, but it was OOS. as far as i can tell, it went OOS the same time the price dropped.

i think newegg just does this to lure people in. that, or why put something on shellshocker that you dont have enough quantity in?

Well, ShellShocker sellout issues notwithstanding...

...for those looking at feedback on these and other USB 3.0 docks, please remember that a lot of these people have bad drivers or need firmware updates to get their USB 3.0 to work properly. I had issues with the first USB 3.0 dock I got until I updated my firmware and my drivers (Win7 x64 ASUS P7P55D-E Dlx). If it works in USB 2.0 and not your USB 3.0 ports, it's probably NOT the dock that's the culprit.

I have run 5 different USB 3.0 docks (2 of them duals, one is a Cavalry) and all worked fine on this motherboard (after the updates) and on other systems (using NEC chipset PCI-E 1x adapter cards).
