Seems to be ambidextrous. There's no back/forward buttons on the side(s), though, so if you do a lot of web browsing, you might want to pass on this mouse.

OTOH, it does have three DPI settings (not all that much different from one another). For $6.99, I bought 10 of them, for system building / giveaways to F&F, to go with a crop of gaming (*RGB) keyboards that I picked up a few months ago when those were on sale.
 
Other than missing the side back/forward buttons, I rather like these mice. They track fairly well, even on my leg and chair arm (my Rosewill does not, but it's also "getting old"). Adjustable DPI.

All in all, a fairly decent deal for under $10 / ea.

These mice are fairly small, too.
