I'm no legal expert...but the internet is not a good place to find legal advice. Consult an attorney asap. :)

I would personally try and talk to the chick and/or her parents and get the misunderstanding straightened out and hopefully they'll drop the charges.

Definitely get an attorney before you talk anymore with the police. You're life will be changed forever if you're convicted so if I were you I'd cover all your bases with an urgency (even more bases than you did with her ;)).

Hopefully you will get justice, but sometimes it doesn't take much more than a few liers to put that at risk.

Do yourself a favor and delete your original post, and BE QUIET. Anything you say, in person, online, on the telephone or elsewhere is NOT hearsay, and can and will be used against you. You need a lawyer, because at a minimum you are looking at charges that will require you to report as a sex offender in most states, and at worst you could be looking at decades in prison. Do not PM me, because I will not provide any legal advice - you need a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction. If you cannot afford one, go to the local Public Defender's office.
