Oops, ghost messed up my partition

I was using Norton Ghost to backup from Disk 0 Partition 0 to Disk 1 Partition 0.
Disk 1 had been set up as a dynamic disk.
Disk 1 Partition 0 is fine, although the file system went from NTFS to FAT32...no big deal though.
Disk 1 Partition 1 is inaccessible. The filesystem is listed as "unknown".
This is a Very Bad Thing because I had gigabytes worth of MP3s ripped from my own CD collection (which I could do again, if I had a couple months worth of free time, and some of my CDs are now scratched).
Is there any way to recover Disk 1 Partition 1?

I am assuming this was a win2k box...you cannot ghost dynamic drives.

Yes it's a Win2k box. Obviously you can't...that doesn't help my current situation. Any way to recover this?
