Ooops wrong forum...Is there any way to request information from behind a router using private IP?

Trying to configure a connection to a work server that will not send information to a router with 192. number. Has to have a 24. number. Is there any way to request information from behind a router using a 24. IP number?

The router should have some type of forwarding feature. This way the information can be forwared to a certain IP for a range of ports.
