Was sitting in the car for like 20 mins before we got home and I wanted it cold quickly. Then we ended up changing our plans and went to a friends house.

Went to get ice this morning and OOPS!

Never had it happen that bad.. usually just a crack and leak. But I've only forgotten about them for an hour or 2.

Those almost look plastic..

Although I will argue than my "frozen" problem from last night might turn out to be more expensive: Oops :p

Oh man, hate when that happens. Ruins a perfectly good, or in this a perfectly shitty, beer.

no one is arguing quality of beer here...

it's kind of like how mcdonalds makes shitty hamburgers and food in general.

i'll still eat it though.

I had a case of Corona do that in a beverage fridge that was set too low. Every bottle blew the cap, no glass broken.

Looks like its just low on freon. If you were around cincinnati I could top it off for like $150

I'm hoping that's the diagnosis. Fortunately, Dallas is under a cold spell right now - temps in the low 90s all week!

If the fans working and your filter is clean the only other common thing it could be is that evap coil is dirty underneath. Low on freon is much more likely.

Yeah, I thawed it out, changed the filters, checked the fan, then turned it all back on. 2 minutes later, ice was forming again. :'(
