Yeah, I think this was posted last week, although I don't know what the topic title was, so finding in a search may not be that easy.

As for the video, it looks staged.
 
Their conversation, their reactions, the camera placement. The fact that the guy answered his phone in an interview, the fact that he did not signal the cameraman to stop rolling when he answered his phone, the fact that he walked toward the camera when he took the call.
 
Also, I don't think you can get into the Guiness Book with any project that only takes two weekends to build.

Also notice how the guy almost calls it the "Empire State Building". If you worked for 4 days on something that complex, I'm pretty sure you'd have the proper name memorized.
