oolong tea is addicting....

used to drink beer and diet coke all day...now I am constantly making oolong tea. Don't know if there is a chemical in it or what, but I'd say 1.5 gallons a day is a good estimate

healthier at least.

The tea they serve at most Chinese restaurants are cheap junk. If you want good tea, you'll need to go to a Chinese tea shop like Ten Ren.
