ONVIA's Not A Vendor Anymore -- So where to go for customer support?

My Elsa Gladiac GF2 card is dead. I've been told by Elsa to verify warranty with reseller. Who would you go to for Onvia products bought just last year?

-- I'd say this is a hardware issue, inasmuch as there are loads of people who dealt with Onvia as a hardware supplier.

Standard retailer warranty is 30 days. Tell Elsa that the retailer said it was only 30 days and that they need to take care of you.

There's nothing to verify. They have a 7 year warrany (If retail) and Else should honor it.

ELSA sucks.

Your case is strange, last year when I bought an Elsa gf2mx from onvia, it didn't work properly, always hangs suddenly in windows even not doing anything, could be conflict with my Epox mb, anyway I email Elsa tech support, they replied some BS - said I need a 300W PS because gf1 needs 300W PS to get enough amp at 3.3V, and gave me the url geforcefaq.com to study. I told them it's not that case, then they told me to do rma with them. However, I just did a DOA refund to Onvia since it's still within 30 days.

Onvia was so great - easy to abuse, no hassle DOA refund with shipping paid.
I also did a DOA refund on Tyan KT133 mb - that's also an immature problematic product like this Elsa gf2mx.
