LEGAL: Hiring drivers, bodyguards and support staff
LEGAL: Working in organized brothels or bawdy houses
ILLEGAL: Exploitation of sex workers by pimps
ILLEGAL: Openly soliciting customers on the street
IMO, while prostitution isn't ideal, it is a fact of life and will exist whether legal or not. We might as well make it as safe as possible for those who do it.
