A pretty low end card.
That CPU on that board is barely enough to do anything of value.

Don't waste your time with looking to pair this anemic CPU with a video card, I would look for a different motherboard with a much faster CPU.
 
Yep you're looking at a sunspider score of somewhere around 800mS. My cpu does it in 100mS, and I'm using a $50 cpu. Most typical mainstream CPUs score less than 150mS and many new phones will beat 800mS. So yeah it would be pure agony to use that CPU even for checking facebook.
