OnQ system home network help

We just moved into a new house with ethernet in most rooms and an OnQ system panel in one of the closets. I'm not completely sure what I'm looking at here, so if anyone is familiar with this and can help, it would be appreciated.

There are two panels, one above the other. The bottom looks to be for home security. I'll have to take a closer look, but nothing appears to be labeled except for the coax with the purple tag labeled "Drop"

My goal is to wall mount my modem and router in the closet next to the panels and activate 4 of the cat5 wall plates through my 4-port router. Is that doable in this setup?

I can take additional detailed shots when I'm back at the house but only have these for now. Thank you!
