Hi-
I purchased a house that was a model home.
It has an ONQ home system installed. I have a network jack in the family room, the upstairs living room, and the garage.
There is a phone jack in the kitchen, master bedroom, garage, family room, and I'd assume upstairs living room (didn't move the cabinet that is in front to double check)
By removing the face plates on the wall jacks I know the blue cable is my phone.
The dark gray is the data network.
I also have 3 white cat5 cables that have had the ends cut off in a closet where there was a stereo receiver.
There is no way to contact the previous owner or the builder for any info.
I have cable internet only.
I'd like to get networking in the master bedroom. But I'm if things are properly connected in the box. (The dark gray data cables are just hanging out)
Here is a pic of the inside of the ONQ box.
Does anyone have any advice of what I need to add or do to run a networking cable from here to the bedroom?
Thanks!
Mike
