Use coupon code "CGAMES" at PayPal checkout. It's not really clear from their promo which websites PayPal works with an which it does not, but I used the code on an Ebay purchase of Reaper of Souls digital code from some Chineese seller and the code worked like a charm... $31-$5=$26 ; )

Perhaps it will work on many other game selling websites when you use PayPal. Try it! You got nothing to lose.
