Only time in my life I've EVER regretted owning a 6800GT

Ah, my sweet sweet Chaintech 6800GT, in all its AGP, copper cooled, blue LED illuminated goodness. Its awesome, 60+ FPS in every game, even with everything turned up. But, fate has taken a turn for the worse, my fvcking A/C has been broken since Wednesday, and that fat A/C technician human said that the part he needs will be in on Monday, at the earliest. Being AROUND my computer has become like hovering over a toaster, my toasty Athlon XP isn't helping either. With no A/C, in Florida, a 6800GT, is a bad, bad thing 🙁

Just swap it out until the A/C is fixed. Or just go outside.

i feel your pain...it's been about 50F outside for a couple days now, and my house is still at 72F with no heater on at all from all the computers and electronics :laugh:

lol, when my desktop was in the basement it would help the heating out in the room 😀 and that was only a 9800 pro.... but it was an Athlon64 too so maybe that helped out

well...what you need is TWO 7800GTX in SLI or TWO X850XT/crossfire 🙂
