I'd base the decision off other factors. AFAIK they're pretty damn close.

Well with either of these GPUs it shouldn't really matter much which CPU you get; the video card will be the limiting factor. I believe a Turion is usually a bit faster for gaming though as compared to a Pentium M.

other way around.
Turion is good for "science apps" and stuff,
P-m is good for games and office use.
