Only one power fan working ?

Hi,
Here is my config. : CPU E6400
MB P5W
CASE antec sonata 2
This system is OCed at 3.12GHz

The problem is I just found that the outside power fan (the one sucks air out)
is not working, is this normal ? if not, what should I do ?

Outside power fan? You mean you're using the antec SPII that the sonata ships with (dual 80mm fans) and only one is spinning?

Yes, the fan inside the power supply that you can see from the outside does not spin unless the heat sensor detects it needs to.
