Only one PC recognized on network

I am trying to set up a home network using two PCs. M OS is Win98 SE. The two computers have DFE 530+10/100 PCI Fast Ethernet NIC in each and a Linksys Etherfast Cable Router with 10/100 4-Port Switch. Only one and the same named computer shows up on Network Neighborhood on each PC. I can ping the router from each PC. The router lights show each PC as active. I am using CAT 5 cabling.
Any suggestions how to get both computers on the Network Neighborhood?
Thanks

Keep in mind that only computers with shared resources (drives or printers) show up in network neighborhood - If your second computer doesn't share anything, it won't be in the list.
