only happy/content when escaping reality?

what would you do if the only times you feel happy/content/relaxed is when you are escaping reality, like when reading a book, playing a game, or watching a movie/tv show?

Create your own reality . That leads to skill enchancement.

Note how the author inferrs theirs a food shortage and a growing population problem in the World . Pure nonsense. Than be goes even further by subjesting that earth governments are working together to kill the pollanation bees off to induce crop failer.

Complete rubbish . But notice In the authors world his ability to make everthing look so real . He is a good artist. Now none would want to live in that reality . Many would try to escape from such a reality . The Author Did a good job .

So if you want to escape go ahead create a reality but develop your skills and create it and than present that reality to the world as a reality.
