I have to read this book for my anthropology class its about the attawapiskat cree and its boring as hell... anyone read it that can give me the cliffsnotes?

White people want to buy land from natives. Natives say only God can own the land, so they can't sell it to the white man. They have a few laughs, Pocahontas gets pregnant, everyone lives happily ever after.

So no, but like I'm saying, if you own the beach property, do you own the sand and the water?
Nobody owns the water. It's God's water!
What if somebody walks onto your beach, like if, let's say you do own it, right?
Naw man, you don't own the beach. Well, you own the sand on the beach...
What if there was a naked girl on the beach?
That girl's not yours, you don't own the girl.
What if she breaks her foot on your property?

Apt quote.
