When shopping on Saturday I lost my Wallet. Until yesterday afternoon I had hopes that it would be found - as there were important documents in it and expensive btw (drivers license). Well that hope faded when I checked my bank account:

The lucky "finder" immidiately used my EC card to go shopping for $400 - lucky for my the first transaction happened 10 minutes AFTER I deactivated/blocked my cards. So I get the money back and the respective stores will be at loss (well its their own fault since they apparently didnt verify the identity).

Anyway I wonder why it's always me that has this luck - everbody else would have gotten the wallet back - but not me I guess I didnt have enough loss when criminals stole my backpack in the train this summer (loss $1000-1500)

Now I have to get a new drivers license again - I just got my new issued 3 weeks ago (after it was stolen in summer) and costed me $75 for a fvcking plastic card

Life is a bitch...
 
When my wallet got stolen out of my truck, the thieves were curteous enough to mail me back my driver's license in an envelope with no return address. Still sucked, though.

Not sure, but last thing I remember reagrding my wallet was putting it on the roof of my car when searching for the keys - dont tell me I am dumb - I know.....

 
i left my gf's watch in the dressing room at gap. the person who found it gave ti to the clerk. nice ppl.

my friend got his wallet stolen. the thief sent the wallet back to him with everything but the money. eithe rthat or the thief took the money and dumped the wallet, and a good guy found the wallet and sent it back
