Only and only problem with hd 7990

Cheers to all,
I have a big problem with my Sapphire HD 7990 card,i mean many problems and I don t know for sure if this card is about to die RMA
-Furmark can 't see 2nd gpu on this card,but in gpu-z say: AMD Crossfire enabled (2GPU).Also i activated crossfire from catalyst control center.Im confused why are these errors??
-In GPU-z in IDDLE mode ,one gpu temp. is 28 degree,and second gpu is about 67 degree,and first gpu have 0.85 Volt VRM and second gpu have 1.200 v. This behavior of this card is normal?
My SO is win 8.1 pro,and I have latest driver from AMD site named Crimson 15.12.I try with different old driver 13.9.Same issue,no succes.I reaplies the thermal paste on this card with Arctic Silver 5,but temps are same,and same issue in furmark(2nd GPU is undetectable)...
Before I purchased this 7990 card, I have an gtx 690 card.But on gtx 690 card I have no issue on Furmark and GPU-Z.It was working flawless.With this hd 7990 I have only problems
This card is about to die (RMA),at least I want to know the truth??

Have you tried any other monitoring program such as aida64 or hwinfo64?

With hwinfo64 there is a sensor page like this one below where you can read the temps

Same with aida64

You can also use MSI Afterburner OSD (or aida64 one is also good) to monitor your GPU usage and temperature during gaming

In idle one GPU shuts down. It's called "ZeroCore Power".

God love me.I resolve the problem.I use DDU to uninstall driver,then I reinstall latest crimson 15.12 and now both temp on GPU are fine,max 23-27 degree in idle.The problem was in POWER PLAN.IT was set to performance that's why gpu nr.2 reach at 67 degree.I set on Balanced and now is fine.
But why Furmark don t detect gpu nr.2?Is still weird ......

O my god,only problem I have with hd 7990 card.In many games,like in Witcher 3 just one gpu working,another sleeping don t work.I installed msi afterburner osd,I launched Witcher 3 and only 1 gpu working.I double checked in panel control and AMD crossfire is enabled.Only and only problem with this dual card hd 7990,or with drivers.I installed previous driver and the same result,one gpu working,another sleeping.In device manager,gpu-z,aida64 tell me everything is fine,i mean both gpu is working perfectly,but when I launched some games just one gpu working.I mentioned I have latest AMD crimson driver 15.12,fresh installed win 8.1 pro.Everything is normal
Wtf is this weird,can someone tell me?I do not understand I swear

look I started another game Killing Floor 2 and same result just one gpu working another is dead and msi afterburner detect both gpu.Wtf is this weird anyway.i never seen this on my entire life on any dual gpu card even on HD 5970

Some people tell me about ULPS.Don t know what is this option and how to disable.I swear I never seen this before on any card,single or dual-gpu

Are you trying to run your games in Windowed mode? Crossfire does't work in windowed mode. You cannot monitor your card that way. Try an on screen display.

I disabled ULPS with msi afterburner same result.Believe me I tried in fulscreen too,same result trust me.I make ss with borderless because printscreen wont work in fullscreen that's why
