Well today has been extra good. I work at a computer store as a tech that does phone support, computer repairs, new builds, etc. We are supposed to have four full time tech's which makes the load pretty light. Well one of our tech's is out for the next several weeks on an outside job, another is out doing wireless installations, and the other has been out for the past couple days due to teeth problems. All this makes my job extra fun!! I have been on the phone all freakin day with the smartest of our customer's solving problems such as "no dial tone with dial up, fix it from there cause I KNOW IT AIN'T ON MY END!!" and "why can't I get online after installing Norton."
Next, I just found out that 2 of the 4 new builds I just sent out have Windows XP Home on them instead of Pro. I find this hard to believe because when I do a series of new builds, I make one master computer and then clone that drive on the rest of them. You can see my confusion in why 2 have Home and have Pro.
Finally, on top of that I have to do normal everyday things such as configure routers, check computers, do wireless support, and more.
