Only ableto take low quality Screenshots

Ok I have tried at 120hz and 60hz and higher and lower then 60fps
I have everything maxed out on Final Fantasy 14 but yet when I take a screenshot with both Fraps or Using the PrtScr button both keep coming out like crap. I am saving them as PNG so the quality sure be lossless but there is a substantial difference in quality.

Im not sure what kind of info you would need for this but here are my system spec
Core I7 4th Gen 4770
EVGA 780 GTX
multi ssd
144 Hz monitor but Like I said earlier I turned it down and still got bad quality screensshots
 
Try using the Windows Snipping Tool in 8.1 instead of PrtScr key. Then do a SAVE AS and store it where you want it.
