Only 66M FSB on ECS7S5A! Desperately need help!

My system has Duron 1.3G, ECS7S5A motherboard, 512M 2100 DDR on it.
Ti4200 Video Card, I just run a 3dmark on it, the score is strangely low.
So I checked the system info and suprised to find the FSB is only 66!!
The manual of ECS7S5A said it should be 200 for Duron CPU, (200/266 for Athlon).
So how can it be 66?
What can I do to fix it?
Please help me.

Press the "del" key to enter the bios. The second section down on the right column will have your cpu fsb settings. Set it to 100/100 by using the +- keys. Then F10 to save and exit.

Thanks for you information. Just did that.
I used CPU-Z checked again, the FSB shows up as 99.x M Bus speed 199.x M.
I guess that should be the correct one.
