Only 60Hz on Ati Radeon board...

Hey. I have an Ati Radeon 7500 (Powered by ATI) made by Jetway and a CTX VL1300 21" monitor.
The problem is:

No matter what drivers I install I only have 60Hz. Why ? In display propreties it shows me I have 75, 85 or whatever Hz I set, but the OSD show me only 60Hz... I have also an 17" AOC 7KLR monitor and it's the same...

Please help me 'cause my eyes hurts very bad ...

You don?t say which OS your using but if it?s Win2k, (and I think XP) check under Display Properties, Settings, Advanced, Displays and click the monitor button, (That?s where it is with the new drivers but if I remember right it?s someplace else with older drivers). Look at the Monitor Attributes and make sure your maximum refresh rate is set to something higher than 60 Hz. It's in the same place as DDC information regarding the monitor.

Try RefreshLock. It is working well for me.
