only 3 color schemes in xp?

not interested in a theme, just the color scheme...
xp has only have 3 color schemes in properties
(Appearance) ie Blue (default), Olive green & Silver ....
giving co-ordinated Start menues etc.

Can other colour schemes (not Themes) be obtained?

and themexp.org doesn't have stand alone color schemes, they mostly have spyware ridden themes that open in .exe files...

There is a new theme from MS, it is called Energy Bliss, and it looks good IMO. It is "supposedly" for Media Center and Tablet Edition versions of XP but it will work on XP as well.
