take an intro economics course. free trade benefits all involved, while trade restrictions hurt whoever enforced it. people buying used cars in mexico will now have to pay more, with american used car dealers making more money. a plus for good ol' US of A.

holy crap. I have a 1998 Jetta with 140,000 miles. Is it worth something now? I have no problem driving to Texas if I can get an extra $1,000 for it.

those texas car dealers in the article aren't making more money. maybe they should resort to smuggling older cars into mexico.

at best, you will get pulled over by the police and he will take all of your money and anything else he wants. at worst, a gang will take you as hostage. there is also the chance of having your organs stolen, too.

Only if you're the best.

We're not the best anymore. American manufacturing has gone down the crapper.

Also, the wholesale cost of MANY products doesn't even begin to reflect the true cost, and eventually we'll begin to see that.

After that, take more economics courses, and find out that the above is simplistic BS😉
