Only 1 system fan plug on mobo (need 2)

I had a mobo that died and the replacement I purchased only has 1 plug for a system fan. I run 1 fan in the front and 1 in the rear for air flow but now I can only power 1 of those fans. Is there some way I can power the 2nd fan?
 
Those dapaters are nice, and they allow you set set the voltage to 5V, 7V or 12V, depedning on what wires you have going to the fan. I do that to keep the system quiet, usually going with the 7V setup (you connect the yellow and red to the fan to get an effective 7V.
