Only 1 system fan plug on mobo (need 2)

I had a mobo that died and the replacement I purchased only has 1 plug for a system fan. I run 1 fan in the front and 1 in the rear for air flow but now I can only power 1 of those fans. Is there some way I can power the 2nd fan?

If the mobo has only one header, plug the second one on the psu molex. If your fan has 3 pin, you have to use this adapter http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/DISTRIBUTED-BY-MCM-FAN-CABLE-/83-10390

Those dapaters are nice, and they allow you set set the voltage to 5V, 7V or 12V, depedning on what wires you have going to the fan. I do that to keep the system quiet, usually going with the 7V setup (you connect the yellow and red to the fan to get an effective 7V.
