When a spammer sends out an e-mail with a title like this, what are they trying to accomplish? Is this supposed to mean something?

My hotmail account can filter mails like that easily.
Of course, it does filter the following: 'a', 'e', 'i', 'o', 'u', 'r', 's', 'n', 't', 'w'
