Online web/pic enhancer...??

I was surfing for online webpage/website enhancers...kinda like netmechanic..
but i rememebr it was free.. and all i did was stick in a url, and it did it thing,
and came back with stuff like any missing links, bad html,...etc and especially helpful was
it looked at all your images on the page and provided loadtimes and replacements for those images
to decrease load times..e.tc...optimizied for the web.

and then i lost the page...i've been searching like a mofo to no avail...anywebmaster know of such page?..:brokenheart:
