Online videos/manual for an iPod Touch?

I bought my dad a used iPod Touch and it's in good shape but unfortunately it didn't come with a manual. My dad, while he likes to think he's technically savvy, will be completely lost without some instruction.

Does anyone know of any good YouTube videos or online "How To Get Started" manuals for the iPod Touch (2nd Gen if that matters)?
